Cooking
Celery root and onion cut into dice.
Fry in olive oil, the orange zest.
Salmon wash and cut small pieces.
Add butter, tomato paste, salt. Stir.
Squeeze the juice of two oranges.
For fish, add vodka, juice of two oranges, capers, black pepper. Pour boiling water over the fish with vegetables. Cook for about 10 minutes.
