Soup with beef and waving
Very tasty and easy to prepare soup based on beef broth with pieces of meat.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Figure

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Water

    3 l

  • Parsley

  • Mash

    150 g

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

The meat is washed and purified from the films and tendons (if any)

Peel vegetables and chop: carrot sticks, potato and onion cubes.

In a pan heat oil and fry the onion until Golden color. Then add the meat and fry a little more.

Add to the meat the potatoes and the carrots and fry for another 4-5 minutes

Roasted meat and vegetables put in a saucepan and pour 3 liters of boiling water. Mash thoroughly wash and add to the soup, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for about 30-35 minutes until tender Mary.

To prepare the soup, I used rice cultivar "Jasmine" from TM "Mistral"

When the mash is almost ready (in 10-15 minutes), add the rice. When the soup is ready, add the spices: turmeric, pepper and salt to taste.

Ready soup sprinkle with chopped greens and remove from heat. The soup is ready to serve!
