Cooking
Butter (can use sunflower oil) fry the onion (finely chopped) (2 min.) a little bit, then add carrots (finely cut into strips (or use a grater or blender)) as soon as the carrot to grab a little (2-3 min), add a couple of spoons of tomato sauce (I took Dolmio).
