Soup with meatballs
The soup for those who love to eat, but doesn't like to Tinker in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Allspice

    2 g

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Cherry tomatoes

    150 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Butter (can use sunflower oil) fry the onion (finely chopped) (2 min.) a little bit, then add carrots (finely cut into strips (or use a grater or blender)) as soon as the carrot to grab a little (2-3 min), add a couple of spoons of tomato sauce (I took Dolmio). Stir, cover with lid and leave for 2-3 minutes. Roast is ready

Add green peas (can be canned brine) as you like... cherry Tomatoes (pre-cut into 4 pieces) and cilantro finely porubit. (boil 5 min). The time is specified approximately, looking at the availability of the products. I served the soup with sour cream.
