I think many at least once in my life eaten cheese cake. And many of You tried bulk Apple pie. This pie combines the technology of one and the taste of the other. If you're interested what came out of it go for a glass of tea.

Here's a semolina of the company "Mistral I usually use. I really like its texture and how it tastes after cooking. great result.
Ice cream, oil, semolina firm "Mistral", flour, salt and baking powder put in food processor or using a mixer to turn the ingredients into crumbs. Form of grease with butter and cover chips, crush slightly with your hands.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater and spread on top of crumbs.
Eggs and whip cream. Add grated garlic and salt if the cheese is not very salty. Pour all the cheese.
Bake at t = 180-200 approximately 25-30 mins depending on Your oven. Remove and hot slitting. I use a pizza cutter. Allow to cool completely and serve. If You want to eat it warm, keep in mind that the dough is very delicate and crumbles easily.
