Meat rolls in tomato sauce with vegetables
Sooo delicious rolls! Found the recipe in a German book "Kochen mit Lust und Laune". We had to slightly change the recipe, but the meat turns out delicious, and the sauce... even better!!! :)

Ingredients

  • Beef

    8 piece

  • Mustard

    5 tsp

  • Caviar

    8 tsp

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomatoes mashed

    1 cup

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Dry red wine

    0.25 cup

Cooking

Pieces of meat slightly repel, salt. (Meat, I took less and the sauce has reduced)

Onion cut into half rings, cucumber slices. A piece of meat to pepper, on the one hand to put 1/2 tsp of mustard and 1 tsp Aivars.

The meat is fried on both sides. Pour in sauce and add vegetables (except zucchini) and peas 5 allspice. Simmer 1 hour

After an hour add the zucchini and saute for 30-40 min.

At the end sprinkle with parsley and remove from heat the pan. The sauce really thickens and vkusnenko turned out!

Before serving, pull out the toothpicks. Garnish as desired.
