Cooking
The recipe will use the sugar Demerara cane products "Mistral".
In a saucepan mix the honey, cane sugar, milk and butter. Heat the oil to melt completely. Allow to cool to room temperature.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, spices and cocoa.
Begin to whip the cooled honey-oil mixture, add egg. Parts enter the flour mixture. Get viscous sticky dough.
Prunes, apricots and raisins pour boiling water for a few minutes. Prepare apricot jam.
Drain the water, and the fruit cut into small pieces, add jam and rum. Mix well.
Shape of 24 cm covered with baking paper. Spread half of the dough. The dough is sticky, gently flatten the paper.
Put on the dough all the stuffing. Flatten with a spoon.
For the filling put the second half of the dough. With a wet spoon to smooth the surface. Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 35 minutes. Honey cake is completely cool.
To prepare glaze, heat to boiling cream. Remove from the heat. Add pieces of dark chocolate. Mix until chocolate is completely dissolved. Let cool to room temperature and whisk for 5 minutes. Pour the cooled glaze the cake.
