Vegetable oil
Cooking
Chicken (or meat) to cook the broth with salt and spices (about 1 liter). Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to boiling broth, cook until soft.
Onion cut into small cubes, mushrooms slices. Fry in vegetable oil and add to the soup.
Chicken meat separated from the bones and cut into small pieces. Add to the soup.
Add to the soup melted soft cheese and spinach. Mix well to melt cheese. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
