Creamy mushroom soup.

Cooking
Slice the leeks, carrots and herbs. Cook the mushrooms. I was ready in the Bank. You can also use frozen. Cut the potato and send in a broth of mushroom cubes.
Sauté the mushrooms until they turn brown. Add the vegetables and herbs.
Take a little of the broth to dissolve the flour there. Then pour this mixture mushrooms.
Beat cream with egg yolks. Mushrooms with vegetables to send to the broth and to the same cream with the egg yolk.
Everything is ready.
