Mushroom soup
Creamy mushroom soup.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    4 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Slice the leeks, carrots and herbs. Cook the mushrooms. I was ready in the Bank. You can also use frozen. Cut the potato and send in a broth of mushroom cubes.

Sauté the mushrooms until they turn brown. Add the vegetables and herbs.
