Spicy carrot
The option of carrots in Korean from my mother in law. Especially popular in winter, when few vitamins and a lot of germs. The vitamins in carrots are better absorbed in combination with butter and garlic no plague will not stick :)

Ingredients

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots wash, peel, grate on a special grater. What is most interesting, if you RUB on the normal, the other a taste.

Add the black pepper.

Add the red pepper.

Salt.

Add the sugar.

Pour the sunflower oil and vinegar.

Finely chop the garlic.

Add the garlic to the carrots and mix everything thoroughly. Leave for a couple of hours in a warm place. Bon appetit!!!
