                            Here are the products we need.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Cut the eggplant rings in 1 cm Intersperse them with salt and leave for 3 hours. So together we cut the eggplant.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            While our eggplant give the bitterness, let us fill. Bulgarian and hot pepper mince or chop in a blender. Garlic roughly chopped (you can grind together pepper).                             In kipahulu fill add the eggplant, give them a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
