Cooking
Cut into desired biscuit shape.

Cut excess with a knife, rounded shape...
Do sponge mass (ordinary biscuits, butter and condensed milk) and coat the cake, giving the desired shape. Allow to harden in the fridge.
Then we cover with layer of any cream. Again, put in the fridge to solidify.

Then add cream, butter and stir until homogenous in a water bath. Remove from the water bath our mass. Better overnight in the fridge to put, then it is easier to work.
