Versatile spicy sweet and sour cucumbers
Delicious cucumbers! Why universal? Because it is a preparation for the winter and now - just chill and eat! Savory, spicy, sweet and sour taste! Gorgeous recipe from Lena Kalugina (botakoz) - a huge thank you to her! Try? I have to say - the test is now passed with enthusiasm, the winter version and is waiting in the wings - but I implicitly trust the recipes of Lena, so I will do not one serving for sure!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2.5 kg

  • Salt

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    70 g

  • Garlic

    7 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    3 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    10 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cucumbers wash, wipe, cut off ends and cut into cubes with a thickness of 5 mm and a length of 2.5 cm. Folded in a container.

If you want to eat pickles now - set aside a portion without sterilization - just put in the refrigerator.
