Crostini with pesto from fat
CROSTINI WITH PESTO FROM FAT (CROSTINI CON PESTO DI LARDO) is a recipe from the book Ella Martino. Very tasty and interesting toppings of bacon. Goes well with entrees as well as good as a standalone snack.

Ingredients

  • Fat

    250 g

  • Bread

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Chili

  • Dill

Cooking

Bacon cut into small pieces, put in blender.

Add garlic clove, peeled, chopped Chile pepper, salt, pepper, C. M., rosemary, white wine vinegar, coriander and dill.

Punching until smooth. Slice ciabbata, dry in the oven to a state croutons, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Spread pasta croutons, decorate with leaves of Basil.
