Cooking
Chicken feet peel and cut off all claws.
Then lower the legs in boiling salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water feet dry.
To make the sauce. For this ginger clean and cut into strips, garlic selcity knife. All folded up in a bowl add the chili, star anise, sugar, Kikkoman soy sauce and vinegar. Sauce mix well.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the legs until Golden brown. Spicy sauce to pour feet and give pakiety a couple of minutes.
