Chips lentil
"So unfair..." said the eldest son. "Lenny (son 5 months) every month birthday, and we have once a year!?". "Here, here!"- supported the daughter. Well, let's have a holiday! Lunch was cooked lentil porridge, and in connection with the "rebellion" our mess turned into a mess of chips. Easy and fun - everyone is happy. And when the chips began to swell - it is magic!

Ingredients

  • Oil corn

    500 g

  • Paprika sweet

  • Turmeric

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Lentils

    1 cup

Cooking

Boil the lentils until soft.

Beat with a blender into a puree.

Add the flour, starch and salt. The batter should be the consistency a little softer than dumplings. Optionally, add spices. (Flour may need more or less depending on the density of a mess of porridge.)

Thinly roll out. Cut into diamonds or cut with molds.

Spread on a baking tray, rolled out yet another party.

Fry in deep fat.
