Cake with lemon cream
Sweet cakes soaked in sweet enough-sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    450 g

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    5 tsp

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

First make the cream:cook porridge,cool.

From lemons to remove the zest,as thin as possible,clean from white film

divide the dough in half,in one part add cocoa,stir.

bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes.
