Chocolate cake with prunes
March 8-a great reason to bake another beautiful delicious cake! Incredibly delicate and airy, very chocolate cake with sour cream with addition of prunes and nuts! Congratulations, lovely girl!

To prepare ingredients for cake, all ingredients should be at room temperature.

Beat eggs with sugar TM Mistral.

Add soft butter and milk, vinegar, salt and mix well.

Add the sifted flour, cocoa, baking soda.

Stir until smooth. The dough is ready.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 gr. I usually bake each cake separately, but you can also bake one cake, cool and cut into cakes. From this amount of ingredients I get 2 layers, but I like tall cakes, so bake 2 Korzh (photo of the section shows that the 2 lower layers are different, I tried to make in another recipe). Ready to wrap the cakes in plastic wrap and put it in a few hours in the fridge.

Next, prepare the cream.

Sour cream (better to use a thick sour cream) and some icing sugar to beat with a thickener for cream, separately whip the soft butter and the remaining powdered sugar (I have less oil than was required for the cream, so I added whipped cream, it was in this time)

Combine the two masses, the cream is ready.

Next, prepare the chocolate glaze. Mix all ingredients and cook over slow fire until thick. Ready glaze cool.

Prunes wash, cut into pieces (you can grind in a blender), nuts are also crushed.

Put the cake together. The cake out onto a plate and spread it part sour cream, from above to put some prunes and nuts, the same thing done with other cakes.
