A light crumbly shortbread cookies flavored with crispy walnut crust. Enjoy your tea!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Nuts

    50 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

The yolk detachable bleaching. Yolk, softened butter, sugar (1 tablespoon leave) and vanilla sugar mix.

Add starch and flour.

Knead a soft dough. Roll the dough into a ball, sprinkle with flour and put into the fridge for 15-20 minutes

While the dough is resting, nuts grind in a blender

Protein, beat with 1 tablespoon sugar until stable peaks, add the nuts, stir.

The dough spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Roll out into a thin layer, I raked hands.

Spread on top of protein mixture. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

Bake until Browning.

Layer while hot cut it into squares. The cooled cookies are served to the table.
