Peel potatoes, some carrots. When water in saucepan is boiling, slice the potatoes and carrot slices thrown into the water. Potseluem slightly. Later add finely chopped onion. Wash and coarsely cut mushrooms and throw them in the soup for 10 minutes until tender.
And almost at the end throw sausage, coarsely chopped. Add fresh herbs and a little butter.
