meat washed and cut into small "soup" pieces
In a saucepan with a thick bottom (for fighting - I took the cauldron for pilaf) pour about 100 ml of vegetable oil, heat it well and fry the meat until Golden brown. Then add the sliced onions and carrots. All together fry for 3 minutes.
Then put tomato and fry. Then peel the potatoes and put whole into the cauldron. Pour boiling water (to cover potatoes) and on low heat simmer until meat is tender.
Right in the pot to mash the potatoes into a puree, then add a liter to 1.5-2 boiling water and cook any soup on this basis!
Of course, I cooked in another "soup" pot. Already cooked rice soup regular: add potatoes and rice, plus spices to taste. A home for everyone. And today cooked the soup! Otesh mind!
