Salad
Really wanted some little lettuce. From Italian wedding soup left cooked chicken in the fridge was celery, green Apple, cucumbers and tomatoes... that was light, refreshing salad.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Celery cleaned from hard fiber, Apple skin and seed boxes. Nuts grind not too finely (I just crushed them with the bottom of the mortar).

Chop the celery, Apple and cucumber into thin slices, put them into a large bowl.

Chicken divided into pieces of the fibers and add to the overall weight. There also throw the nuts (a couple of pinches of leave). Mix everything carefully.

Mix in a bowl mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic passed through the press.

Add the herbs and mustard, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Flat plate covered with lettuce.

Half of the mixture to fill salad, mix gently and place on a plate. From top to pour the remaining dressing, garnish with halves of cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with nuts and chives.
