Description
Very original combination of ingredients. But, nevertheless, the salad is delicious, healthy, low-calorie, can be used in diets and fasting days (with fish). The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Александр1981 called "Salad with fish and seaweed" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
If you have dried seaweed, then its pre-soaked for 2-3 hours, then boil for 3-5 minutes. If the cabbage is frozen, let it thaw and also boil for 3-5 minutes. I usually boil a large quantity to use in different dishes. Boiled cabbage recline in a colander, washed under running water.
Boiled cabbage is added (per 1 kg) 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon of 80% acetic acid. As such, the long cabbage can be stored in the refrigerator and used for other purposes.
Finely chopped cabbage. Grind lightly with salt.
Pre-boiled carrots and beets, cut into cubes.
You can take any fish smoked. I used a herring.
Connect all the vegetables, add purified from the skin and bones of fish. Slice the fish finely, and it is better to break since it tends to crumble.
If tomatoes are small, then cut into rings if large, then half-rings.
Combine with the remaining ingredients, add green peas, pepper, ginger, soy sauce.
Mixed salad, seasoned with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle cranberries (can cranberries), herbs, serverwide on the lettuce.
