Cake
The recipe is my grandmother. Very very tasty cake.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    2 pack

  • Jam

    1 can

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chocolate milk

    2 piece

Cooking

For 1 cake: take 4 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the egg yolks with 125 g sugar and 1 tbsp hot water, and vanilla.

Proteins vzbit in a cool foam, with a pinch of salt.

125 g flour, mix with a sachet of baking powder and sift into the yolks, put the whites, and all carefully mix. Put into a form and bake 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Similarly bake the second cake.

The finished biscuits are split in half to make 4 layers.

Soft butter to mix with condensed milk and beat well.

Put the first Korzh and lubricated it first with jam and then cream.
