Spicy chocolate cake with plums
Just an amazing mix, incredible chocolate taste. I do love chocolate but this cake surpassed all my expectations, bright, truffle flavour and soft melt in the mouth structure.

Ingredients

  • Drain

    9 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    320 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Butter

  • Chili

Cooking

All the chocolate grind, of the total amount of 200g, melt in a water bath or in the microwave.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Eggs (4 PCs throw two full and two partial on the yolks and whites,we only need the yolks), eggs, yolks and sugar, beat in the lush foam with a mixer at high speed.

Red hot pepper finely chopped.

Add the flour with the baking powder, melted chocolate, remaining grated chocolate , red hot pepper.Mix everything with a mixer at low speed. Form grease with oil and put the dough. Soak hands in hot water and flatten the surface. Plums cut in half and remove the seeds.

Bake in a preheated 190°C oven for about 35-40 minutes. To cool down a bit. Remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I liked it more when it is still warm with ice cream or without - just a delight!!!
