Semolina pudding with cranberries
Found this recipe in the recommendations on rational nutrition for pregnant women. Cranberry is very useful in pregnancy, it is truly "the larder of nature". Cranberries need to sort, wash and wipe through a sieve.

Remaining in the sieve the mass is mixed with water. The amount of water should be equal to half of the amount received cranberry juice (I got 250 ml of juice, respectively 125 ml of water). Add sugar and boil.

Strain the broth, add the cranberry juice and pour a thin stream of semolina, stirring constantly. Bring the porridge until cooked on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
