Description
Many good buckwheat: and a lot of microelements such as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium; and contains large amounts of rutin (a substance, sealing the walls of blood vessels, stopping bleeding and providing prophylactic and therapeutic effects on veins), and cook it very simple, and affordable for any budget.
Cooking
1. Unground to sort out, to sift from the flour dust, rinse well. 2. Let it drain and dry a bit. 3. In a saucepan, with thick walls and bottom on low heat, melt the butter (2-3 tsp). 4. Stir in the buckwheat, mix well so that each unground covered with oil, 2 minutes on a slow fire to fry, carefully stirring occasionally. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6.
