  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Butter

  • Spices


1. Unground to sort out, to sift from the flour dust, rinse well. 2. Let it drain and dry a bit. 3. In a saucepan, with thick walls and bottom on low heat, melt the butter (2-3 tsp). 4. Stir in the buckwheat, mix well so that each unground covered with oil, 2 minutes on a slow fire to fry, carefully stirring occasionally. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Boil 2 cups of water and pour buckwheat. 7. Close the lid (do not open)and leave for half an hour. Bon appetit!!!))))) :-)
