Cooking
Wash the meat, cover with water and put to cook the broth.
Carrots and onions cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil. Add the tomato paste.
Potatoes to peel and slice.
From the finished broth to remove the meat. Into the broth put the potatoes. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Add the seaweed, then the roasted vegetables, season with salt.
Meat slice and put in a saucepan. Give the soup to boil, turn off.
Serve soup with greens and sour cream. Bon appetit.
