Steam mackerel with potatoes
Another recipe for steamers from the category of "tasty, fast, useful."


  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Chop the greens.
Fish with two sides a little salt, grease with oil, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with herbs (leave some green).
While the fish is impregnated with aromas of herbs and lemon, peel the potato. Cut into 4-8 pieces, mix with salt and remaining herbs.
Put potatoes in container and put in the lower bowl in the steamer for 15-20 minutes (depending on quantity of potatoes).
After 15 minutes, the floating container with the potatoes in the upper bowl, and lower put our fragrant fillet (this is done to ensure that the fish is not dripping on the potatoes). Cook for another 10 minutes. To keep fish is not necessary - it will turn out dry.
Served with fresh vegetables and herbs.
