Shrimp Uwatse
This is my last recipe for this year's one hundredth. Decided to treat the exquisite Greek dish. For this recipe, I was threatened more than a year! The cover photo will replace the first tasting dishes!


  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Shrimp

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Oregano

    2 tsp

  • Parsley

    2 tsp

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Sauce

    225 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Pepper Jamaican

    0.125 tsp

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper


First, make the sauce. The pan pour 2-3 tbsp oil (I had vegetable, olive can, if you like), fry chopped onion and 1 clove of garlic, passed through chesnokodavku. Then add the chopped tomatoes, oregano and parsley and simmer everything for 20-25 minutes
Pour the tomato paste or juice (like me), add the cinnamon, allspice, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for another 20 minutes. And the sauce is ready!
Make shrimp. 2 zubochka garlic and fry in oil until brown and throw, then fry in the butter shrimp
In the dishes for the oven (or the pan) put the prawns on top pour the sauce (if you like thinner, you can dilute it with the broth) and chopped feta. Just before serving bake the dish for 15 minutes in the oven at 200-250 degrees. The final result will show as soon as we begin to celebrate the New year! And yet - Bon appetit!
