Delicate cupcake with blueberries and protein cream. My family is one of my favorite desserts.

Cooking
Whisk 3 eggs, oil and sour cream.
Add 150 g blueberries, again mix well.
Separately mix well 100g icing sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
Pour it into molds. Close lids or wrap. Put in a steamer for 20 min.
Of the remaining blueberries squeezing the juice.
Whisk 2 protein. Still whisking, add 1 tsp 50 g of powdered sugar. When turned out of strong foam, gradually add the blueberry juice.
Put protein cream on top of cupcakes. You can decorate caramel beads.
