Cooking

step-0
Here's our beauty. Just want to say that the cabbage is better to choose not large, because large specimens of the fibers are more rough, it is cooked longer, and eventually look worse.
step-1
It is necessary to heat the oven to 190 deg. with kohlrabi is to cut off the ends and put in a baking dish. Pour half of broth or water.
step-2
Close the lid. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
step-3
While the cabbage is cooked, finely chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil, then add the chopped pepper and mushrooms, fry all together and a little put out (I used my reserves collected in the summer, boiled and frozen).
step-4
Our cabbage is cooked. Remove the pan from the oven and carefully spread the cabbage on a plate, allow to cool. The oven does not turn off, we need it.
step-5
Remove with a spoon the flesh of the kohlrabi, cut into small pieces and combine with the steamed vegetables. Add salt and pepper.
step-6
Baskets of kohlrabi to fill with stuffing.
step-7
Sprinkle with grated cheese and again put in the oven for 5-10 min.
step-8
Remove, decorate and enjoy your meal.
step-9
The recipe is nice because you can experiment with fillings. I did more vegetables + beef, it would be the chicken + mushroom + cream, or, for example vegetables + rice + chicken, or even nafarshirovat layers. Field for imagination is huge, for all tastes!
