The Cake
Originally planned to cook a loaf, but the cake was thicker than necessary - had to convert to the cake. The recipe for the cake from a magazine, filling from the Internet, if even more chocolate, then the taste would be quite similar to the chocolate bar "bounty".

Ingredients

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Whisk in the lush mass of eggs and sugar

add flour, baking powder and cocoa, whisk some more, put on a baking tray lined with paper and bake at 180*C for 30-40 minutes

prepare the filling: mix milk with semolina and butter and, stirring all the time, allow to boil and cook until thick, add sugar and coconut and mix thoroughly

as a rather compact little cakes, I soaked them in coconut liqueur, you can use coffee or syrup - optional

the cake was cut into two equal parts, cut edges, spread the filling on one cake layer and cover with another

decorate as you like, I filled with cream with melted chocolate

now when the cake is completely cooled, cut off a tiny piece
