                            Three carrots and passeruem the ghee. Finely chop or grate on a grater almonds, add the carrots and fry a bit too.

                            When the milk starts boiling, add the grains of cardamom. You can leave them whole, and then to catch. I prefer to remove the rind and cardamom and then eat it.
