Cooking
Three carrots and passeruem the ghee. Finely chop or grate on a grater almonds, add the carrots and fry a bit too.
Pour the sugar. Pour milk.
When the milk starts boiling, add the grains of cardamom. You can leave them whole, and then to catch. I prefer to remove the rind and cardamom and then eat it. Take a tablespoon of warm milk, and rubs a pinch of saffron.
Ovarium milk somewhere on 1/3. After cooling, the dish is still a little thick. If the dish watery, you can add 1 tbsp of semolina. Eat chilled or at room temperature.
