The Soup
Greek soup reminiscent of our meatballs and meatballs. Feature soup-delicious egg-lemon sauce!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

Forcemeat mix with rice, mashed onions, herbs, salt and pepper. Leave for 30 minutes to rest.

Broth with olive oil bring to a boil. Of minced meat roll into balls, leave them in the boiling broth. Cook for about 50 minutes at medium heat.
