Mushroom soup with cereals
Rich, bright soup with mushrooms and cereal for a family dinner!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2.5 l

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    4 sprig

Cooking

In a saucepan with broth to send stew of finely diced potatoes and Bay leaf.

Carrots and onions cut into small dice. In a pan heat vegetable oil, fry carrot+onion until transparent bow.

Add chopped bell pepper and fry all together for another 1-2 minutes, remove from heat.

Mushrooms chop coarsely. To try potatoes, if it is already close to stage ready, add to the vegetable sauté saucepan and coarsely chopped mushrooms. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add oat flakes. And cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Season the soup with chopped greens, remove Bay leaf and serve.
