Roasted carrot soup with bean sprout
Very fragrant, amazingly delicious thick soup with croutons! I have no fat chicken broth, but you can use both fish and mushroom soup! And cook on the water, will be no less tasty!

Ingredients

  • Broth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

  • Green beans

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Allspice

    2 piece

  • Bread

    0.5 slice

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots grate;

Put in a heated pan of butter - carrot, onion - half rings and beans;

Add soy sauce, turmeric and hot pepper to taste;

Fry, stirring occasionally, until light brown;

Vegetables put in a pot for baking to the top, but not puddling;
