Spinach Turkish
A recipe for delicious and healthy food that is easy to cook.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Figure

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

And lightly fry in olive oil.

Cut the tomatoes into

And add to the onions. Simmer over low heat, stirring.

Spinach rinse thoroughly.

Slice.

Washed rice, salt and pepper add to the skillet with the onions and tomatoes. Cover with water and cook for 10 minutes (time approximate. Depends on the variety of rice). Then add the spinach and cook for another 10 minutes.

In the finished dish add lemon juice and stir.
