Cooking
Onions finely chop, mix with Naturally brewed light soy sauce "Kikkoman", marinate 15 minutes.
Soak gelatine in 4 tbsp cold water for 15 minutes, add the onions to the marinade, cream cheese, dill, mix well.
Add the frozen cranberries and mix.
Herring cleaned, cut into 2 parts, separated from the bones. On one half, put the cheese mass.
Cover the second piece of fish, wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator overnight.
Stuffed herring cut into pieces, put on slices of boiled beets, garnish with lemon.
