Ingredients

  • Apple

    330 g

  • Sugar

    55 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    80 ml

Apples to bake in a small amount of water in the oven or microwave.

Apples peel and RUB into a puree. Add the sugar and egg whites.
