Salad
Layered salad with krill meat, spring-fresh and delicate, well, very tasty! May it be a guest at Your holiday table, and a bidder Scarlett March 8.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Olives

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Krill meat

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Wasabi

Let's start with the fact that put to boil eggs. And while they are cooking, make a paste of avocado. To do this, peeled and cut into pieces avocado puree them in a blender, add the juice of half a lemon, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and a little wasabi for a spicy taste (I added 2 times more than in the photo, it will not be very serious).

Grate the Apple on a large grater and sprinkle with juice of remaining half lemon.

Salad of stacked layers, in a transparent bowl, as I have. First layer of krill meat, then grated apples and lubricated avocado pasta.

Then a layer of grated on a coarse grater eggs and chopped olives.

Again a layer of paste from avocado and krill meat.

... eggs, olives, avocado...

... the rest of krill meat and avocado. Before you spread a paste of avocado in the last layer, add to it 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (you can not do this, I just wanted a lighter top layer).

Decorate the salad as desired, serve some time, and just much tastier the next day. Bon appetit!!!
