Description

Julienne of eggplant and zucchini
Vegetables stewed in cream and baked under cheese with herbs.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    2 piece

  • Basil

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Eggplant and zucchini clean from the skin. Cut into strips.

Onion cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Add the vegetables and cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Salt. Pepper. Add cream, reduce heat and cook until thick. Add Basil.

To put Julien in the ramekins or baking dish.

Grind in a blender cheese, and greens.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake Julien in the oven to melt the cheese, or until crisp.
