Tasty baked potatoes with minced meat, very pretty dish can be served on a festive table.

Cooking
Potatoes wash. Wet tubers individually wrap in foil, put on grill and bake for 60 minutes at 200 gr. Remove potatoes from foil and cut into on top. Remove from the tubers of the flesh, and put on a baking sheet.
Tomatoes cut into cubes, onion rings, garlic chopped. Saute the onion and garlic. Add the beef and fry for 5 minutes. Mix with tomatoes, corn,thyme, salt and pepper.
Fill the potatoes with stuffing. Cheese cut into strips and spread on the potatoes. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
