Cooking

step-0
In the sifted flour, add pinch of salt, water, 1 tbsp oil and butter, egg - knead a soft dough. Roll into a ball, cover and leave on the table. Flour may need more or less - add parts.
step-1
Bags with rice in a pot with boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.
step-2
Frozen vegetables pour over boiling water and leave to drain in a colander.
step-3
Fry in 2 tbsp vegetable oil rice (pre-cut bags) and the vegetables, adding salt to taste and pepper.
step-4
The sausage and chicken to chop and fry in 2 tbsp oil with onion.
step-5
Form of grease with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. On the bottom I put oiled parchment. I have a pot of 1.5 liters and without handles.
step-6
Roll the dough and put into a form - edge droop.
step-7
Put half of the rice with veggies, layer of chicken with sausage and onions.
step-8
Cover the remaining rice with vegetables (you can put a bit of butter, but I have not added).
step-9
Cover test - here comment!!! The dough should cover the filling very thinly in a single layer - if you have excess - they are simply cut off. I got lazy and ended up with a thick layer of the bottom of the test.
step-10
Put in a preheated 190 deg. the oven for 45-50 minutes - I was ready in 40 minutes. Turn on the dish - a barrel with a surprise ready!
step-11
Allow to stand for 10 minutes, slice and serve with pickles! Thin crispy dough and juicy flavorful toppings!
