Soup soup with cauliflower
Hodgepodge in my house very much, but to cook all the time the same - it's not about me. Today, slightly changing the recipe, I on the table served a delicious dish. And to add to and decorate it. I helped filling of MAGGI "To Pickle". Help yourself.


  • Sausage

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Pork ribs

    100 g

  • Dressing

  • Cauliflower

    100 g

  • Green onions

    1 sprig

  • Olives

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

  • Lemon

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp


To prepare the ingredients. One of the main in this dish would be dressing Caesar "To Pickle", as it will give a bright flavor to the dish.
Meat set : sausages, hunting sausages, smoked pork ribs, bacon, smoked brisket and cold-smoked. The more diverse - the better.
One of the conditions of cooking soups is a method of slicing. Each type of meat needs to be sliced differently.
1 tbsp vegetable oil lightly fry the bacon, ribs, brisket. Add the sliced onions.
Cut into half rings, cucumber.
Chop the cauliflower and add to meat. Fry for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Slice the hot dogs and sausages, add to the skillet along with the cucumbers. Sauté 5 minutes, then pour 1 liter of boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add 1/2 package of seasoning. Cook at a gentle simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add olives and boil. Season with sugar/salt to taste.
Slice the lemon, apply the cream. Personally I don't like the greens in the bag, but I'm not alone. Greens grind and serve. Pour the hot stew and serve.
