In the yard all hosts autumn, and that means it's time to prepare hearty meals. It is this soup I want to bring to your attention. It is prepared simply and quickly, it turns out thick, rich, spicy and aromatic. Please visit for lunch!

Cooking
Peel onion, garlic and carrots. Dice. Heat in a saucepan over medium ogenericcialise oil and put garlic. Fry literally 1 minute, until fragrant. Add the onion and carrots and continue to fry until the onions are soft, about five minutes. Stir in spices and cook, stirring, for another minute. If this soup will eat children, and then adjust the amount of pepper or does it don't add.
Add to a pot of well-washed lentils, pour in the broth ( I poured water ), add the chopped tomatoes and bring the soup to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for about ten minutes, then follow as lentils.
Beans drain in a colander, rinse, add to soup and cook for another 5 minutes - 10. Season with salt, add chopped greens. Bon appetit!
