Ecuadorian tomato soup
Girls, I present to your attention a very unusual recipe. The combination of ingredients is so unusual. Don't know, maybe that Ecuadorian well, the Russian death:) to be honest, my husband's soup absolutely do not like, but I did not expect, he's a conservative. Granddaughter ate well. I... over time as it settled and took shape. Every day, and there were three of them, because the soup had to eat me, he liked me more. Maybe the real thing? But, I repeat, for us it was very exotic dish.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Banana

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    2 tsp

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper white

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

To prepare the products. I cooked a half portion.
