Oatmeal Indian style
Unexpected and very delicious solution to a simple oatmeal, which is the most natural way to cook in the milk. I liked absolutely everything: the color and delicate structure, which is pleasant stress spicy cumin, aromatic garlic, ginger and chili pepper.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Chili

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.333 cup

Cooking

On a dry pan fry oats for 3 minutes - 4. Pour into another bowl.

On the same dry pan heated cumin seeds until smell, then pour vegetable oil, put crushed with a knife a clove of garlic, finely chopped ginger and chili. Fry on medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes.

Add cereal, salt, pepper, add the turmeric and fry a little, a minute or two.

Pour the boiling water and proverjaem until cooked cereals. If it's too thick, water can be added, but overall, it was not more than 0.5 Cup.
