Mint fish
For those who often prepares fish and do not get tired to experiment in this field! This combination had my taste: delicate mint notes ennoble the fish, giving it a refined taste, and in a measure neutralize the fishy flavor.

1. Cut the carrot slices.

4. Lightly sprinkle with mint (if not fresh, it will come dry, which can be bought at any pharmacy, I have that). Since mint has a strong taste, it needs quite a bit, as in the photo.

5. From top to close the remaining carrots

6. Close the foil, leaving a small hole. Put in a steamer for 20 minutes. I have a frozen steak, if the fish is not out of the freezer, it will last 15 minutes (for a portion). After disabling the timer does not pull out the fish for another 5 minutes.
