Cold soup of fresh vegetables
Real fitness soup, a salvation in hot weather! Minimum calories, maximum vitamins!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    350 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Crackers

  • Tabasco

Put in the tureen all the vegetables finely chopped, the garlic through the masher,

add the chopped greens,

add salt, vinegar, olive oil, Tabasco sauce, tomato paste, diluted with boiled water or cold broth (if the broth is salted, then salt not added) (!) if you wish to vegetables, you can add boiled chicken or low fat ham - then the soup will be hearty;

mix well, cover and put to chill for 2 hours.
