Cooking
Katriel clean, cut into large cubes.
Onions cut into arbitrarily. Boil together potatoes in salted water until tender.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Out of the pan with the cooked potatoes to a leak 3/4 part of the liquid in another pot. To put it in the cabbage and carrots, add Bay leaf and seasoning for soups and broths. Cook until tender. For about 15 minutes.
Potatoes with onions blend in a blender, add 2 tbsp vegetable oil "Oleina".
Add separately boiled cabbage with carrots along with broth to the mashed potatoes. Add the finely chopped parsley with garlic. Mix well. Put on the stove for 1-2 minutes.
The soup can be served to the table. Fast post nice!
